TSB offers Christmas sweetener to those affected by IT blunder during 2018

Several customers of TSB have revealed they have been paid a Christmas bonus as a form of compensation for the IT meltdown in 2018 where a difficult migration of IT systems left many customers unable to access their accounts for weeks.

Some customers have received a payout of £275 with an apology letter from the challenger bank as it seeks to build trust and regain customer confidence.
