About Luke
Luke is Partner Support Specialist at Cascade Cash Management team with a specific focus on providing support to Financial Advisers and their clients. Luke is responsible for providing client illustrations and assisting with their onboarding into the service. Thereafter, Luke keeps both the client and their adviser updated on their account opening process and assists with regular MI data to ensure our Partners deliver the greatest added value for their clients. Luke's role also includes the onboarding and initial set-up of new Partners into the service into our proprietary online savings portal.
